We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense sector. As a Senior Security Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all security measures and protocols within the organization to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, assets, and information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Manage access control systems and monitor surveillance cameras to prevent unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency response teams in case of security incidents or threats.
- Provide security training and awareness programs to staff members to promote a culture of security awareness.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports for management review.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and threats to continuously improve security measures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management within the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Strong knowledge of security regulations and industry standards.
- Experience with access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Certification in security management or related field is preferred.
