We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the security industry, with a focus on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all security operations on construction sites in Dubai
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular security assessments and recommend improvements
- Train and supervise security staff
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
- Investigate security incidents and report findings to management
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarms
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a security role, with a focus on construction sites
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid security license or certification
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
