We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vendor Manager to join our Agriculture team in Dubai. The Senior Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our business forward and establishing strong partnerships within the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers in the agriculture industry
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels
- Analyze market trends and identify new vendor opportunities to expand product offerings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on vendor performance and key metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management in the agriculture industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, market trends, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software
