We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Venture Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and possess exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the construction sector
- Evaluate the financial viability and feasibility of new ventures, including conducting due diligence and financial modeling
- Develop business plans and investment proposals for potential projects, including market positioning, revenue projections, and risk assessment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assess and mitigate risks associated with new ventures
- Monitor and track the performance of existing investments, providing regular reports and updates to senior management
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
- Assist in negotiating and structuring deals with potential partners and investors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, with a focus on the construction industry
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of successfully evaluating and executing investment opportunities in the construction sector
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
