We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of consumer goods, and a proven track record of managing successful social media programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and community management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives align with overall marketing and business objectives
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and drive results
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists to ensure high-quality and consistent output

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
