We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Services Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Social Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating social services programs and initiatives within our consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate social services programs to support employees and their families
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the effective delivery of social services
- Provide counseling and support to employees facing personal or professional challenges
- Coordinate community outreach and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing social services
- Manage a team of social services professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of social services programs
- Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance social services offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
