We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Work Assistant to join our team in Ajman within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support and assistance to individuals and families facing challenges such as poverty, abuse, mental health issues, and other social problems.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct assessments and interviews with individuals and families to determine their needs and develop care plans.
2. Provide emotional support, counseling, and guidance to individuals and families in crisis.
3. Connect clients with community resources, such as food banks, housing assistance, and mental health services.
4. Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the necessary support and services.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
6. Collaborate with other social workers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to provide comprehensive care for clients.
7. Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop intervention strategies.
8. Stay informed about social work best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
