We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Work Assistant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist social workers in providing support and services to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for clients
- Connect clients with resources and services in the community
- Provide emotional support and counseling to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of clients
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
- Stay up-to-date on current social work practices and trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a social work or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals in need
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
