We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee our transportation and logistics spa operation in Dubai. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the spa facility, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and receptionists
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency
- Create and manage spa schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal customer service
- Monitor and analyze spa financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers
- Maintain inventory of spa products and supplies, and order additional inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments within the transportation and logistics operation to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
