Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa facility situated in the heart of Dubai’s financial district. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in spa management within the financial services sector, demonstrating exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and customer service excellence. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a diverse team of therapists and support staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality wellness services to our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services and treatments are delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory, including supplies, equipment, and retail products.

2. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of spa professionals, including therapists, aestheticians, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

3. Customer Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a welcoming and serene atmosphere within the spa.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to exceed client expectations.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to enhance client retention and satisfaction.

4. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the spa budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
- Analyze financial reports, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages that drive revenue.

5. Service Development:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in wellness and beauty services.
- Develop and introduce new treatments, services, and wellness programs to enhance the spa’s offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards throughout the spa.

6. Partnerships and Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, hotels, and corporate clients to attract new clientele.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the spa and expand its reach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a similar role within the luxury hospitality or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
