We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Sports Agent, you will be responsible for representing and managing the careers of professional athletes in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit talented athletes in the construction field
- Negotiate contracts and endorsement deals on behalf of clients
- Provide career guidance and support to athletes
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote clients
- Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and other professionals to ensure the success of clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Attend events, games, and competitions to support clients
- Handle any legal or financial matters on behalf of clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sports Agent or in a related role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its athletes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Proven track record of success in managing athlete careers
