We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stage Manager Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will work closely with the Stage Manager to ensure the smooth running of all telecommunications events and productions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Stage Manager in all aspects of event planning and execution, including coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and overseeing technical requirements.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment and resources for events.
- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of staging, lighting, sound, and other technical equipment.
- Coordinate with performers, speakers, and other talent to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Monitor and manage the flow of events, making adjustments as needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Assist with budget management and tracking expenses related to events.
- Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during events.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all staff and participants.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or stage management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of telecommunications technology and equipment is a plus.
- A degree in event management, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
