Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and organized Stage Production Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of stage productions within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stage production and a passion for creating impactful and engaging experiences for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of stage productions, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics management
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure all props, sets, and technical equipment are in place for each performance
- Assist with stage set-up, lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of the production
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and equipment for each production
- Assist in the recruitment and management of volunteers and staff members for each production
- Maintain inventory of props, costumes, and other production materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all productions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Production Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in stage production within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
