We are seeking a talented and motivated Stage Production Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for theatre production and a strong attention to detail. This role will involve supporting the production team in planning and executing stage productions, as well as coordinating logistics and assisting with various tasks related to stage management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and coordination of all aspects of stage productions, including set design, lighting, sound, and costumes
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that all technical elements of the production run smoothly
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for each performance
- Assist with budget management and cost tracking for each production
- Provide on-site support during rehearsals and performances, including set up and break down of equipment
- Assist with the recruitment and management of volunteers and temporary staff for each production
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, budgets, and other relevant documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theatre Production, Performing Arts, or related field
- [X] years of experience in stage management or production assistant roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of technical aspects of stage production, including lighting, sound, and set design
