We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Store Planner to join our construction team in Sharjah. The Store Planner will be responsible for designing and optimizing store layouts to maximize space efficiency and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop store layout plans that align with the company's brand image and merchandising strategies
- Utilize space planning software to create 2D and 3D store layouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, operations, and store design to ensure store layouts meet operational and aesthetic requirements
- Conduct store visits to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to store layouts
- Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to make informed decisions on store layout improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in store planning and design
- Manage multiple store planning projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in store planning, retail design, or a similar role
- Proficiency in space planning software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and store layout optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction and building codes is a plus
