We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Abuse Social Worker to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Substance Abuse Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues within our real estate community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals struggling with substance abuse issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique situation
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address substance abuse issues
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients and help them access resources and support services within the community
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
- Provide education and training to real estate staff on substance abuse awareness and prevention

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Licensed Social Worker in the UAE
- [Random number] years of experience in working with individuals with substance abuse issues
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for substance abuse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
