We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sustainability Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and energy conservation, as well as experience in managing sustainability programs in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability programs and initiatives to reduce energy consumption and waste within the organization
- Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the business
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and KPIs to track progress towards sustainability goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability and energy conservation
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and regulatory agencies, to promote sustainability initiatives and drive positive change
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability programs
- Lead and mentor a team of sustainability professionals to achieve departmental objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability program management, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of implementing successful sustainability initiatives and achieving measurable results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Professional certifications in sustainability or energy management are a plus
