We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sustainable initiatives within our consumer goods company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards sustainability targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into all aspects of the business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to ensure the company remains at the forefront of sustainable practices
- Manage stakeholder relationships and engage with internal and external partners to drive sustainability initiatives
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics to demonstrate progress and impact

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in sustainability program management within the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
