We are currently seeking a skilled Tailor to join our construction team in Sharjah. The Tailor will be responsible for creating, altering, repairing, and maintaining construction-related clothing and safety gear for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Taking measurements and determining the appropriate size and fit for each individual employee
- Sewing, hemming, and altering clothing and safety gear as needed
- Repairing any damages or tears in clothing and safety gear
- Ensuring that all clothing and safety gear meet the required safety standards and regulations
- Collaborating with the procurement team to source high-quality materials for construction-related clothing and safety gear
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service to employees who require alterations or repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tailor in a construction or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of different types of fabrics and materials used in construction-related clothing
- Excellent sewing and alteration skills
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Minimum [random number] years of experience as a Tailor
