Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Television Producer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of the telecommunications industry. This role involves overseeing the production of television content from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality programming that engages and informs our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Development: Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop innovative programming concepts that align with our strategic goals in the telecommunications sector.

- Project Management: Oversee all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of production staff, including camera operators, editors, and graphic designers, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.

- Quality Control: Ensure all content meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to industry regulations and company policies.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, sponsors, and telecommunications partners, to ensure alignment and maximize audience reach.

- Audience Engagement: Analyze viewer feedback and ratings to refine content strategy and enhance viewer engagement across various platforms.

- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to inform programming decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Compliance Management: Ensure all productions comply with local laws, regulations, and broadcasting standards in the UAE.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of production experience in television or related fields, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and budgets.
- Strong understanding of television production processes, from pre-production to post-production.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in production software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with the telecommunications landscape and its unique challenges and opportunities is highly desirable.
