We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Theater Manager Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the Theater Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our agricultural theater in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Theater Manager in coordinating and scheduling events, performances, and rehearsals.
- Handle ticket sales and reservations for theater events.
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of theater productions.
- Manage the theater's social media accounts and online presence.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the theater is well-stocked and equipped for performances.
- Assist in managing the budget and financial aspects of the theater.
- Provide administrative support to the Theater Manager, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the theater space.
- Assist in recruiting and training theater staff and volunteers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Arts Management, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of theater production processes and industry trends.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of agriculture and farming practices is a plus.
