We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Theater Production Assistant to join our telecommunications company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for theater and a strong interest in telecommunications technology.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Theater Production Manager in planning and executing all aspects of theater productions, including set design, lighting, sound, and stage management.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure all telecommunications equipment is properly installed and functioning for each production.
- Assist in scheduling rehearsals, coordinating with cast and crew, and managing production budgets.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of all theater equipment and props.
- Provide administrative support to the Theater Production Manager as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in theater production or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technology is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
