We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Theater Production Assistant based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts and experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of all aspects of theater productions, including set design, costume creation, lighting, sound, and stage management
- Coordinate rehearsals and production schedules to ensure timely and successful performances
- Manage communication and coordination with actors, crew members, and other production staff
- Assist in the procurement of props, costumes, and other necessary materials for productions
- Maintain and update production budgets, keeping track of expenses and ensuring financial accountability
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of productions to attract audiences and increase ticket sales
- Provide administrative support to the production team as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in theater production or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of stagecraft, lighting, sound, and other technical aspects of theater production
