We are seeking a talented and dedicated Theater Production Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for theater and production, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. This role will involve assisting in the planning and execution of theater productions, ensuring that all aspects of the production run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of rehearsals, performances, and other production-related activities
- Communicate with cast and crew members to ensure everyone is aware of schedules, deadlines, and expectations
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of sets, props, and costumes
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of production materials
- Assist in the management of budgets and expenses related to the production
- Provide general administrative support to the production team, including filing, copying, and data entry
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of theater productions through social media and other channels
- Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Director

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in theater production or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of theater production processes and terminology
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
