We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Abstractor to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Title Abstractor will be responsible for conducting thorough research and examination of property titles to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct research and examination of property titles to determine ownership, liens, encumbrances, and any other restrictions
- Analyze and interpret legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, easements, and plats
- Verify legal descriptions of properties and identify any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare comprehensive title reports for review by attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Communicate with county clerks, title companies, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information
- Assist in resolving any title defects or issues that may arise during the closing process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience as a Title Abstractor or similar role in the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of property law, real estate transactions, and title insurance
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using title search software and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
