We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Title Abstractor to join our construction team in Dubai. The Title Abstractor will be responsible for conducting thorough research and analysis of property titles to ensure clear ownership and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on property titles, deeds, and other relevant documents to verify ownership and legal descriptions.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal documents, such as surveys, plats, and easements, to determine property boundaries and restrictions.
- Identify any potential title issues, such as liens, encumbrances, or conflicting ownership claims, and work with legal counsel to resolve them.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports summarizing title research findings and recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with surveyors, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure clear title for construction projects.
- Stay informed of current real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience as a Title Abstractor in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in conducting research and interpreting legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
