Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Title Abstractor to join our team in Dubai. The Title Abstractor will be responsible for conducting research and analysis of property titles to ensure their accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research of property titles to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Analyze legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, and easements to determine property ownership
- Prepare detailed reports outlining the findings of title searches
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to address any title concerns
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to property titles
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex title issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Law, or a related field
- [5-8] years of experience as a Title Abstractor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of real estate title laws and regulations
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title search software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
