We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Operator to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Agriculture tours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and sustainable farming practices, as well as a strong background in tourism and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize agriculture tours for groups and individuals, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals
- Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers, agricultural businesses, and suppliers to create unique and educational tour experiences
- Lead tours and provide informative and engaging commentary on agriculture, local flora and fauna, and sustainability practices
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants at all times, including emergency preparedness and response
- Handle bookings, payments, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote tours and attract new customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in agriculture and tourism

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in tour operations, preferably in the agriculture sector
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's agriculture industry, including local farms, markets, and agricultural practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tour booking software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
