We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Operations Manager to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai. The Training Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all training programs and operations within the organization to ensure the development and growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training plans
- Manage the training budget and resources effectively
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all training policies and procedures
- Collaborate with external training providers to deliver specialized training programs
- Supervise a team of training coordinators and trainers
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of training principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
