We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Transportation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating transportation services for our clients, ensuring timely and safe transportation of individuals to and from various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation services for clients, including scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs, managing transportation routes, and ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and other team members to coordinate transportation logistics and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Monitor transportation operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, routes, and client information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of transportation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure transportation services and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Provide support to clients in arranging transportation for special events or occasions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
