Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Manager to oversee all transportation operations within our construction company based in Dubai. The Transportation Manager will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, managing a team of drivers and dispatchers, and ensuring the safe and efficient transport of materials and equipment to and from construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Plan and coordinate transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Manage a team of drivers and dispatchers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and track transportation expenses to ensure budget goals are met
- Maintain and manage a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites
- Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety training programs for drivers
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to improve transportation operations
- Analyze transportation data and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in transportation management software
- Valid driver's license
