We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Underwriting Operations Manager to join our Information Technology department in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underwriting operations, with a solid understanding of the insurance industry and information technology.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of underwriters, ensuring efficient and accurate underwriting operations
- Develop and implement underwriting guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with IT teams to enhance underwriting processes and systems
- Analyze underwriting data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline underwriting processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to underwriters on complex underwriting decisions
- Monitor underwriting performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in underwriting operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
