We are seeking a talented and experienced Urban Forester to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. As an Urban Forester, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the urban forest within the city limits, ensuring the health and sustainability of the trees in various transportation and logistics hubs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement urban forestry management plans for transportation and logistics areas in Dubai
- Conduct regular tree inventories to assess the health and condition of trees
- Provide recommendations for tree planting, pruning, and removal as needed
- Work closely with city officials, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and control pests and diseases that may affect the urban forest
- Implement sustainable practices to promote tree health and longevity
- Coordinate with landscape architects and urban planners to integrate trees into transportation and logistics infrastructure projects
- Educate and engage the community on the importance of urban forestry and tree conservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in urban forestry or arboriculture
- Knowledge of tree species, planting techniques, and tree care practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with GIS and tree inventory software is a plus
