We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Researcher to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our users in order to improve the overall user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Plan and execute usability studies to evaluate the effectiveness of our products and services.
- Analyze and interpret research findings to provide actionable insights to the design and development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into the design process.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX research deliverables to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user experience research.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in user experience research in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry trends is a plus.
