We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Researcher to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, within the telecommunications industry. As a User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors in order to inform the design and development of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Analyze and interpret research findings to identify key insights and opportunities for improving the user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into the product development process
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and other design artifacts to communicate research insights and recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in user experience research and design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
- [X] years of experience conducting user experience research in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in research tools and software, such as Qualtrics, UserZoom, or Optimal Workshop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present research findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
