We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vendor Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with various vendors and suppliers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure favorable pricing and terms for the company.
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to evaluate their compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify potential new vendors and suppliers to expand the company's network and improve the quality of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address any issues or concerns related to vendor performance.
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize costs and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in vendor management or procurement in the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
