We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail venues and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective venue operations
- Manage a team of venue operations staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Prepare and manage budgets for venue operations, ensuring cost-effective practices are in place
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of venue facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and renovations
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and drive footfall to the venues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in venue operations or retail management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
