We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Design Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Visual Design Program Manager in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of visual design projects to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of visual designers to create compelling and innovative designs for various real estate projects
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to support the successful delivery of design projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
