We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Voice Coach Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Voice Coach Assistant will work closely with the Voice Coach to provide training and support to the telecommunications team in order to improve their communication skills and enhance their overall performance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Voice Coach in developing and implementing training programs for the telecommunications team
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to help them improve their voice quality, pronunciation, and overall communication skills
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members on their performance during training sessions
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training workshops and seminars
- Keep track of team members' progress and provide regular updates to the Voice Coach
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in voice coaching and communication training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in voice coaching or communication training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
