We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Analytics Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Web Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing web traffic and user behavior on our retail website to drive business growth and optimize the online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing and e-commerce teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decisions and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in web analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
