We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Analytics Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for tracking and analyzing website metrics to optimize user experience and conversion rates
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving website performance and user experience
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website design and content
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar to gather and analyze data
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web analytics and digital marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
