We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Wedding Coordinator Assistant in our retail wedding department in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for weddings and events, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Wedding Coordinator in all aspects of wedding planning and execution
- Communicate with clients to gather information and preferences for their wedding
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and site visits with clients and vendors
- Assist in creating and managing budgets for weddings
- Manage and update wedding planning software and databases
- Assist in coordinating logistics on the day of the wedding, including set-up, vendor coordination, and guest management
- Provide administrative support to the Wedding Coordinator as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in the wedding industry
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and wedding planning software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Dubai wedding trends and vendors is a plus
