We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness Manager to join our healthcare facility in Ajman. The Wellness Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the wellness programs and services offered at our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate wellness programs and services to promote the overall health and well-being of our patients and staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess the needs of our patients and develop personalized wellness plans
- Coordinate and lead wellness workshops, seminars, and events to educate and engage our community on various health topics
- Monitor and analyze data to track the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage the budget for wellness programs and services, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in wellness and healthcare to ensure that our programs are evidence-based and effective

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
