We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Wine Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine production and a strong understanding of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of wine, including grape crushing, fermentation, aging, and bottling
- Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with the winemaking team to develop new blends and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Enology, or related field
- [Random] years of experience in wine production or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of winemaking techniques and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
