We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Wine Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and exceptional customer service skills. This role will involve assisting clients with selecting and purchasing wines, providing recommendations based on their preferences and budget, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting wines
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and budget
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized wine display
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Stay up-to-date on the latest wine trends and offerings
- Assist with special events and tastings as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of different types of wine and wine regions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in wine studies or related field
- Experience working in a retail or hospitality setting
- Fluency in multiple languages
