We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Operations Manager to join our healthcare organization in Ajman. The Workforce Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workforce management, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and maximize efficiency
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
