Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workforce Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing workforce operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance within our operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of workforce management in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategies for workforce planning to meet operational needs, including forecasting labor requirements and managing staffing levels effectively.

- Operations Management: Oversee daily workforce operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate workforce performance metrics, implementing improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.

- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and HR to ensure alignment of workforce strategies with overall business objectives. Facilitate communication between teams to foster a collaborative work environment.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Regularly review procedures and practices to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs for staff and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills and competencies within the workforce.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on workforce performance, operational efficiency, and key metrics to senior management.

- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the workforce operations budget, ensuring cost-effective practices are maintained.

- Problem Solving: Address workforce-related issues promptly and effectively, employing strong problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and enhance team dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management or operations within the energy sector or a related industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
