Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Ajman within the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing workforce operations to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall employee satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a deep understanding of workforce management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze workforce trends, forecast staffing needs, and prepare reports for senior management.

- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement within workforce operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

- Performance Management: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor workforce performance. Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of workforce analysts and administrators. Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.

- Data Analysis: Utilize workforce management software and analytics tools to gather insights and make data-driven decisions. Present findings to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives.

- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to workforce management. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with industry standards.

- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the workforce operations budget. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive workforce management practices. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Support initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management or operations within the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of managing workforce planning and optimization efforts.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

- Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertinent to the UAE and financial services sector.
