We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Yacht Captain to join our team based in Dubai. The Yacht Captain will be responsible for overseeing the operation and navigation of our telecommunications yacht, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew, and providing excellent customer service to all guests on board.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and navigate the yacht in accordance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols
- Manage and supervise all crew members, including deckhands, stewardesses, and engineers
- Plan and execute yacht cruises, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the yacht, both inside and out
- Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about the yacht, the surrounding area, and any activities or amenities available on board
- Ensure compliance with all telecommunications regulations and protocols while on board the yacht

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Yacht Captain in the telecommunications industry
- Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and management abilities
