We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
